Requirement to improve operations set up and the organisation’s efficiency was the key for requesting change management services of Seaport Group at MPET, Antwerp. – The restructuring resulted in significant improvement in efficiency and focus, so that even during the COVID-19 crisis, the quayside production figures increased to a sustainable all-time high average productivity.

Seaport started with a business process analyses and review, screening every department within operations, to identify potential improvement areas and requirements for organisational changes.
