Seaport provided a complete productivity improvement program (PIP) package for Namport based on the proven purpose built DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma methods used on other Seaport projects. These packages includes productivity improvement methods, training and mentoring onsite and this has brought an alignment in organisations world wide, towards a world class operating port.
