Terminal staff at all levels were taken through a change management process as well as a focused approach on delivering a sustainable enhancement of the efficiencies and productivity.
Seaport guided the terminal management with the development of the KPI tools, the introduction of the KPIs in the management team and the productivity enhancement program. Through more than 15 projects both customer satisfaction and the productivity level improved within 5 months. Sustainability of the project has been proven by an initial berth productivity improvement of 10% while on site and over 10% after completion of the project.
