Due Diligence

Seaport performs from time to time independent expert due diligences of terminals and/or ports, for verification that they are built in full accordance with reference documents and are fully available for operation.

Such due diligences could include include check the conformity of the whole terminal / port , including the following particular items:

  • Infrastructure – access roads, power, buildings, pavements, quay construction, etc.
  • Handling equipment – Quay Cranes, MHCs, conveyor belts, ship (un)loading equipment, etc.
  • IT systems – TOS, GOS, Automated Gates Systems, ERP, etc.
  • Operations preparedness – are industry best practice operating procedures implemented.
