Seaport assisted in an arbitration case concerning issues with early cracks in the pavement in a container terminal. Seaport’s role was to act as expert witness; including acting as adviser on operations matters and developing the mathematical models to determine the movements of the container handling equipment over the pavement areas of interest, the weight distribution, the inventory fluctuations, and other operational issues.
