Based on the equipment specifications and any other documents, Seaport went onsite, to check the conformity of the whole terminal CT-4, including inspection of Handling equipment (STS cranes, RTGs, ECH, TTs), Terminal IT systems (including TOS, Data app,, etc) organisation, and skill levels of the staff, working practices of customs authorities, and the like. In the course of the assessment Seaport performed a high-level review on selection of the equipment, operating assumptions and STS loading to the deck structure.
