Seaport advised the Port of Gothenburg (GHAB) in connection with the procurement of different TOS systems for the 4 cargo operations at GHAB.

Seaports main assignment was to draft the bidding documents (RFIs and RFPs) for the three different TOS applications, as well as define and document the business processes, the functional and technical requirements. The project assignment also included identifying organisational changes, evaluating the bids, analysing suppliers’ capabilities and participating in the negotiations
